Accufine 10mg Capsules are a retinoid medication containing Isotretinoin (a vitamin A derivative), primarily used to treat severe, persistent acne (such as nodular or cystic acne) that has not responded to other treatments, including oral antibiotics and topical creams. 

Tretiheal 1% (or other strengths like 0.025%, 0.05%) cream contains Tretinoin, a Vitamin A derivative (retinoid) used topically for treating acne, improving skin texture, and reducing fine wrinkles/sun damage by unclogging pores, speeding cell turnover, and regulating oil. It works by keeping pores clear, preventing pimples, and making skin smoother but can cause dryness, peeling, redness, and sun sensitivity, requiring sunscreen use.
